Shipping/Return Policy

Superbdvdsets  offer shipping to all 50 states and all most international destinations. All our items are shipped from our warehouse via EMS and United States Postal Service. Time in transit varies by shipping location but please allow up 10-14 days after ordering for the product to reach you.  We do add tracking with signature required to all our packages for your safety and ours.

It is very important for you to provide the phone number together with the address to avoid the parcel returning back when the courier can't contact you for long time. The buyer would be responsible for resend shipping costs if the package returned by the wrong shipping address been given or the courier can not get in touch with the receiver

-Shipping on all items is only a low cost of $3.99 each for each DVD box set.

-Shipping cost for more then 1 item is $2.99 each.

-Buy 3 or more DVD box sets and shipping is a 1 time charge of only $3.99 for all of your DVD sets!

On the rare occasion if a product becomes backordered we will ship upon availablity or refund your payment. We will notify you if your item is backorderd.

Return:

We examine all our products before they leave our warehouse. However, sometimes we may miss something. If your DVD is defective, we will replace it with the same title.  Please contact us prior to returns for your Return Merchandise Authorization number.
